VNF Mission
To promote community health and assist our patients in improving their quality of life.

Established in 1987, the Visiting Nurse Foundation leverages our VNA spirit of service and compassion to serve the unmet community health needs of our VNA patients. Each year the Visiting Nurse Foundation invests hundreds of thousands of dollars in "free & subsidized care" to individuals needing home care and other services that will enhance their quality of life.

The Foundation raises funds through community events such as our Annual Golf Tournament and our Air Show. We also depend on the generosity of the communities we serve. With your support the Visiting Nurse Foundation will be able to continue and remain true to our commitment to help the residents in the communities we serve.
